The FAMILY DOCTOR II control unit synthesizes six microcomputer programs offering 40 different massage techniques  that simulate the traditional Chinese medical functions of hammering, acupuncture, naprapathy, cupping, scraping and massage. Additionally it also has four major integrated prescription modes that are balance/relax body, body shaping, neck/shoulder and lower back/leg.
